Cadastre Data Viewer

A team of QURBIS researchers is working on a new methodology for defining the tax categories of Barcelona's streets. As part of the methodological workflow, they have created an interactive web viewer that allows analyzing and comparing public housing value data published by the Land Registry Office. Land repercussion values (2017 valuation report for different activities) and reference values (evolution between 2022–2026 for residential property sales) have been represented.
