In this area, studies are carried out within the framework of territorial,

urban and real estate valuations in different uses: residential, commercial,

tertiary, industrial, etc. The externalities and physical characteristics that

affect real estate values are identified and the specific application

techniques are defined in each of the existing sub-markets.

Urban Climate and Climate Emergency

In this area, applied research is carried out on the urban heat island and

adaptation measures of cities to climate change from territorial and urban

 planning. The effects on the territory of extreme precipitation events,

among others, are also studied and prevention strategies are proposed,

such as climate shelters.
