This area develops applied research on the use of information technologies for the analysis of urban inequalities and the improvement of territorial governance.
Real estate market: Urban and architectural valuation
Responsible: Dr. Carlos Marmolejo Duarte
Valuation studies at territorial, urban and real estate scales for residential, commercial, tertiary, industrial uses… Identification of externalities, physical characteristics affecting value, and specific techniques for each submarket.
Urban and architectural representation: Analysis and documentation tools
Responsible: Dr. Ernesto Redondo Dominguez
Development of digital tools (BIM, GIS, virtual reality) for documentation, analysis and visualisation of heritage and territory.
Urban climate and climate emergency

Applied research on urban heat island, climate change adaptation from spatial planning, effects of extreme rainfall events, and design of climate shelters.
Inclusive housing and neighbourhoods. Gender and typological innovation
